Some of our coffee is roasted by Pierce Bros. Roasters in Sunderland, MA. Brothers Sean and Darren roast in small batches using a new technology called air roasting. Since none of the beans touches the hot insides of the roaster, the flavor does not come out burned a la Starbucks but more mellow without losing strength.
 We brew our coffee directly into airpots, so it never ever sits on a burner getting burned. You'll notice each cup tastes fresh, we brew coffee all day long so it never sits around getting stale.
We also feature coffee from Small World Coffee Roasters, in Rocky Hill NJ.
Our ice coffee is made with coffee icecubes, ensuring that it never gets watered down....another special touch from the GoNOMAD cafe!
We serve all types of coffee drinks from Lattes to cappuccinos, to espressos, chai tea, ice lattes, and hot chocolate. If you don't see it on the menu, ask us, we can make anything you want.
