We offer an array of coffee drinks such as cappuccino, lattes, hot chocolate, chai tea, hot tea and natural sodas and juices.

Bagels are from Brooklyn NY: plain, poppy, whole wheat, everything cinnamon raisin, sesame,
& whole wheat. Lunch or breakfast you will love the taste of these big chewy Brooklyn bagels! Our sandwiches and salads are creative--how about an avocado, artichoke and walnut salad? Or a green salad with tuna and fresh mozzarella? We offer multigrain bread and wholesome ingredients like roast turkey, pesto and mozzarella, and ham & cheese.

We have hard boiled eggs from a smalll farm in Deerfield, MA.

We have biscotti, banana bread, cinnamon swirl, pecan swirl, coffee cake, and more. We offer chocolate covered pretzels from Richardson's Candy Kitchen in Deerfield.
and store-baked cookies.

We make smoothies from fruit including strawberries, raspberries, peaches, mangos and bananas. Choose vanilla or plain yogurt, skim or whole milk, or any of our wonderful Toriani syrups or maple syrup for
sweetening.

Twice a week we fax out specials for that week with unusual salads and new sandwiches we've created.

  We make Egg Sandwiches for Breakfast or lunch to go! We make these with eggs from Deerfield farms and your choice of sausage or bacon or pesto, tomato and cheese.

We now offer LUNCH  BAGELS, and hearty sandwiches  that you can order and take out. Choose either whole wheat or white wrap, a bagel, or multigrain bread. Choose from:
